Warranty Terms & Conditions

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

  1. Repairs are undertaken on a strictly Cash basis. Please make payment on completion of repairs on receipt of goods.

  2. Please produce the Warranty Certificate when claiming for warranty repair.

  3. KM Marketing Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused arising from force majeure. fire. accident or any circumstances beyond its control.

  4. KM Marketing Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any consequential loss or damage. howsoever caused including amongst others damage caused to software used.

  5. Repairs for which payment has been made are guaranteed under normal use for one month from date of repair

  6. Goods will only be returned on presentation of receipt.

  7. Goods remaining unclaimed (or a period of two (2) months will be disposed off as KM Marketing Pte Ltd deems fit and no claims will be entertained.

  8. Storage charges will be imposed for goods not collected from time of notification that goods are to be collected.

  9. KM Marketing Pte Ltd will not be responsible for damage caused during transportation.

  10. A service fee will be levied for quotation for repairs rejected.

WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Where damage is caused by any reason other than defects in material used by the manufacturer. All repairs must be carried out by KM Marketing Pte Ltd or its appointed agents only.

  2. Where the product has been dismantled. repaired, tampered. altered or modification of the equipment or act of god.

  3. The serial number on the product has been removed. defaced or altered.

  4. Improper usage such as wrong electrical supply/voltage setting thus causing damage to the power transformer/ac adaptor.

  5. Normal wear and tear. corrosion. rusting or stains

  6. Cleaning, charging gas/gas refill, filters, panels/cabinets, parts made of plastic, cables or hoses,

  7. Remote control malfunction due to battery leakage.

  8. The failure was due to lack of maintenance

  9. Change of ownership.

  10. Relocation of the unit.

  11. Warranty coverage 'excludes' transportation charges and labour charges to carry out inspection, trouble-shooting, analysis and replacement of defective parts.

    (B) THIS WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID IN SINGAPORE

    (C) Any alteration or amendment to this Warranty Certificate will be rendered NULL and VOID.
